(Main) contests->b/w challenge
This is one of our Day Lilies I captured last summer (2016). Thought I'd turn it into a B/W using Adobe Photoshop Elements 10, then with iPiccy.com to add the halo effect called Matte.
Thought this would be another good one for the B/W Challenge, let me know what you think.

Having the image in B/W really brings out the detail and contrast. Very good contender for the contest!

Nature in all her glory is my uplift on life and so is my love of photography. sandi ♪ ♫
Most times when we lose our color somebody needs to hurry and catch us before we fall. But this beauty instead stands out. Good one for the challenge Pat.

The lack of colour is compensated for by the proliferation of detail.
