I know this is very early for the Foofy Friday postings, but I'm off to another skating competition tomorrow morning early. It's a qualifying event in the Solo Dances for the Nationals. Of course that was my specialty when I was coaching.

Captured this while staying at our villa in Tuscany, the lady that runs the villa's had this gorgeous rose garden at the back of the main house. Just love the colours of this one.

Nice shot, Pat.

There's some good good negative space (adding in to underscore the point.. well-composed) to bring your star to the forefront and the colours are natural and vibrant.


Good good detail and clarity.. well done.

Not a yellow but a 'golden' one, Pat ('golden' is meant figuratively of course).
Precious shot with a perfect contrast and balance between the background and her majesty the (floral) queen herself.
