Captured these images from our hotel room window, which we opened so I could get a shot of Times Square & the Hudson River beyond.

You can see the Crystal Ball that goes to the top of the pole and drops on New Years Eve to bring in the New Year. To learn more about the beautiful ball Click Here. It changes gorgeous array of colours every few seconds showing through the Waterford Crystal in which it's made of.

Hope you are enjoying the stay in NYC for a couple of days then off we all will go onto the Norwegian Gem Cruise Ship for 10 days.

Made the collage with Fotor Photo Editor (Collage) program which I downloaded free from the internet in the App store.

The reason why the sun sets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB

They keep the all out year-round? I'm noticing that the right three-quarters of the photo is a tighter crop of what constitutes the far left one-quarter of the image. Was that on purpose? Whatever the case, it makes for a photo that makes the viewer really think and wonder. Very cool in that regard but also it's a very attractive image with all the reflections in the glass and the various colors. Nice.
