actually their scientific name is Lupensis Texansis or similar, so I'd guess in the least they'd likely be in the same family.
I think perhaps the green balance is a bit too strong here or perhaps a bit too bright for the color the leaves should be...nonetheless

I love these Lupines...that blue all over the ground must have been quite a site in reality..All the green..well, its a most lovely Springtime//Summer photo!!
