I took this awhile back with one my 35mm's (don't remember which) It’s looking west out of Salem crossing the Willamette River into West Salem. It is a very interesting bridge, still used today. It’s scanned from the print so there is a bit of noise, sorry.

Cool picture. The play of light and shadows in the uprights is really cool. The only thing I don't like about this picture (other than the grainyness from the scan, which I won't hold against you) is that it is tilted slightly counter-clockwise. Its an easy fix to straighten this out and make it super-duper!

First of all, I really like the frame you gave this one. And secondly, what hit me first was the fact that Mother Nature never misses a trick. When man turns his back for one moment, she's right there planting her seeds in whatever earth she has blown over in the form of dust and let settle until it is a tiny patch which can nourish...Amazing...she never quits and I won't ever give up faith in her ability to heal herself.

Oh, sorry...got carried away there. I like the view and the perspective you've captured here. The colors all work together very well and even though it's a scanned photo, I'm not seeing too much noise. It's nice to be able to rescue images from the film days :)

Rather a cool image and the angle in which you took it is good my friend. Like the plant growing in the foreground too.

My goodness! I hope you were standing at the beginning of the bridge. I wouldn't want you to have to dangle off the side when a train came whizzing by! Wonderful shot. Something I'd never get to see for myself.

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes

This spicture is gorgeous. It's like looking into a story book.

My only critique is that it is off balance.
But i still love it :)

Great picture, great lines, but agree that it could have been straightened. But still very good.
