Nah! It's just our own Mt Hood. I was visiting my 92yr old mom in Mt Angel this morning. (which is about 60mi SW of the mountain) We haven't had a clear day lately so it was a great time (except for the haze)for a shot. I had my EasyShare w/the 12X zoom. It won't be on the cover of Sunset I know but we don't get these chances very ofter...

Good shot of Mount Hood. I have been to Mount Angels as well and think it is a delightful town and felt very comfortable there. I did not see Moun Hood this clearly though.
Your image has some noise in it but still looks good. Thank you for sharing this with us ;=)

I would love to see this in person. Ever time I go to Colorado, it's summer, and there is no snow in the mountains. Wonderful capture, and it looks so majestic sitting there alone.
