It looks like a cold but fun day, and your excellent capture of it does the craft justice. The subdued light allows the colors to glow. I notice that the more modern boats don't display any human interaction, whilst the old craft are loaded with people obviously reliving the past. Netherlands tourism should snap this image up and promote the daylights out of it. Very nice, indeed.

The lighting is perfect, the photo is superb, kind of reminds me of Rembrandt's works. Really like the way the reflections appear around the boat and the sky lends a beautiful essense to this photo. I agree with the comment - Netherlands tourism would be lucky to have this.
