Great composition on these beautiful red rocks Jen and the water with the reflections in it is a true bonus. A very pleasing sight on the DT and thanks for sharing this one.
Can't always give individual thanks but I am so appreciative of everyone's comments and input. I truly enjoy seeing all of your posts and am always happy to see you at My Gallery. Thanks, Anita
The pool makes this for me, as much as I love the red rocks and the way they angle out to the right pointing one's eye to the left, as much as I appreciate the contrasting color of green in the bushes in the foreground that also makes an angle to the right lending more credibility to the flow to the left, but as we follow these lovely elements to their natural stopping off point it leads us to the calm pool with the subtle reflections of the elements surrounding it, including a surprising glimpse of blue sky, covered from our view by clouds in the main part of the picture. Very nicely composed :)PJ
Interesting rock formations ... I like the textures & how they are layered. The pool of water has a calming effect. Wonderful clarity ... an outstanding shot Jen.
I would rather live my life as if there is a God and die to find out there isn't, than live my life as if there isn't and die to find out there is.

Another excellent capture Jen. Love how the wind has formed the clam-like structure in these sandstone rocks. The water with the reflections add such a magical touch tot he entire image. High quality, great clarity, perfect color and spot-on composition my friend. Way to go! :~)
Jen, you are an outstanding photographer, every place you go you come back with great shots. I think I love your Arizona pictures the best of all. Nothing can surpass the stark beauty of the desert country and you capture it with great affection.
my faves list and i thank you!! this is an excellent texture study, and features two of my favorite colors, terra cotta, and sky blue (more in the reflection in the puddle than the sky itself) well done!!!
