this was taken on whidbey island. it's a ferry ride from port townsend, washington. the darkness starts to fall very early at this place. i loved the reflection of the sky on the water and really had a hard time deciding which gallery to use. thanks in advance for any comments. ENJOY!

Any gallery that accepts beautiful photos would have worked WC. The clouds look like a galloping herd going across the sky. The reflections make it doubly good.

What a Beautiful Shot Jen!! The Reflections, the Clouds...AWSOME!
I think I'd crop it though. Cut OUT the "black" at the top and bottom of the shot.
It's a "10" if it gets in my Voting booth.

Great shot, tones and composition,Jen. Have to agree with Greg though.
The black border adversely affects the scene. That format will stretch if necessary.

Jen - I like the reflections too. The grass in the foreground gives a perspective that completes the scene. The near silhouette of the shoreline and trees leaves the beautiful sky and its reflections on the water as the focus of the shot. Very well done! Thad
