Jen, thought at first sight that you've provided us with a contemporary painting, but at full screen size this 'landscape' showed that it was real. How did you managed to capture it? It's anyhow a fascinating view. My compliments.

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
Magnificent up close shot of the valley wall. In the texture of the rocks I see a scary looking face with huge eyes glaring down at you. Bravo on this posting with such rich colour and detail.
This is exactly the sort of pic I really like...something right out of nature, largely monochromatic, intrinsically interesting, and very creative. Thanks, I'm really going to like this one!
Jen - Nature offers us some beautiful sights - and this is one of them. The colors and textures of the sandstone are quite special, especially with the dramatic contours. Terrific capture - it must be viewed at full size to appreciate. Thad
