Here's to you Mrs. Robinson!!!! Congratulations are in order!!! A pair of robins recently took up residence in my arborvitae, built their nest and three eggs were laid. This is the first hatchling who is hungry and looking for something to eat. Enjoy!!! Happy Spring!!!! (Best viewed full screen)

What a great capture, Laura. I bet you get a shot when all three are in the nest and crying for mama to bring breakfast! The blue eggs really make this a very colorful shot. Outstanding work.

This is great! He looks like he's holding on to that egg for dear life! The image is well composed and I love the contrast of the newborn and the eggs...and the bit of greenery for framing. I think this would do well in the contest, if you were so inclined. :)
