I found this tree in all its Golden Glory situated on the perimeter of our local library all decked out in her fall colors. It really stood out since other trees in our area this year are a bit on the flat side due to weather conditions. Kindly Enjoy!!!!!!! This image will be my entry into the current contest.

Smooth seas do not make skilful sailors.
It's rare to see one of these shot upwards into the tree... I like it, particularly with the dark contrasting trunk and the inclusion of the sunburst... most people would crop that out but it gives a real focal point to the shot. It's now living on my desktop, thank you, Laura. Good luck in the friendly competition.
