To add a splash of color during the bland month of January - On August 2, 2020, I purchased these lizzies (lisanthus) at our local Agriculture Center - as I remember, it was a hot summer morning and I needed to rush home to put these beauties in a vase of water - Kindly Enjoy!!!

Laura,
if you hadn't provided us with your narrative, I think I would have struggled identifying these lovely flowers. This is because you has chosen an unusual angle for this beautiful photograph.
Very well done, thanks to the use of a perfect background as well.

I do like this angle for the lizzies and they are beauties with the two tones.

The reason why the sun sets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB
