I spotted this couple on the beach last summer. There was something about them that had me reaching for my camera to capture them for ever. There was something timeless about them.

They do look timeless. They are probably fugitives and we just don't know it. lol

They are so preoccupied on something off screen. They look to be a lovely, gentle couple. I'd love to think that what this wonderful couple are studying is a small child just about to be soaked by a cold wave. (Then they'd have a quiet chuckle! )

They look like they are from another time, as if they could be posing for a Manet painting. I love the colors and the subject. Very nice!

I agree with our Vicky that the image speaks volumes...
The couple does not look at anything special nor observe anything in my opinion. They just ponder and/or relax and/or reflect on something nostalgic - judging from the faces.
Very stylish couple although rather modest.
