Hopefully your daughter will never have reason to say .. "I remember when you used to take pictures" ... but will, instead, always say ... "so, where are we going today?"
When I was a kid my mother was always taking pictures .. one time, we were following friends up this snowy mountain pass that we needed them to lead us through. It was all curvy and dangerous and they went around the corner and out of sight and my mother noticed some forlorn wildflower growing by a fence post .. so she parked on a narrow shoulder of a curve and walked back to the flower and layed down in the road (in the snow) to get the "proper" angle ... as she came back to the camper, brushing off her clothes, our friends came back wondering what happened to us, thinking we had gone off the road .. because NOBODY would stop and take a picture in those conditions.
She's now bugging me to scan several THOUSAND (it seems) slides onto a DVD ... I love my mother .. but ... do you know how much work that is? ... I also have to research one of those photo printers that doesn't need a computer
Thanks Sarah. The color is gone for the most part here. What ever I work with now will have to come from my past images.I like to save a few to throw out in the other seasons for a nice shot of color.
Peace&Respect Jojo
Joseph, this is one of the best autumn images this year. The colours and the composition are perfect so this is 10/10, in favs = on my desktop ! Thank you so much.
Beautiful fall colors and love the country setting. A reminder of days past. This photo makes a great background on my computer screen too, I can hardly see my icons!!!
This is such an interesting picture, Jojo. I think it's going to make a nice, but rather difficult puzzle. Hope you're doing well. Have a nice day. Hannie
