This was taken off of the main channel at Lake Powell. The lake is full of these kinds of places where the water has eroded the canyon walls.

Not as good as Lake Powell Sunset, but still a great image with the coloring in the rock and the layers. I like it. Keep up the great work.

Love the excellent capture of the rock detail, But, I would have liked more detail and color capture of the water at Lake Powell. It is a beautiful deep blue which isn't reflected in this photo. of course, sun and clouds could have prevented that. In any event, you were forturante emough to have been on it and that is something I have never been able to bring about-yet.

am i the only one who sort of sees a dragon head in the rock above the cave or perhaps a horse, move your eyes back away from the mini picture of it on this page and see if you can see it.
