Maybe I'm looking at it differently, but I see it as the wing of a Phoenix in motion...the gold with a hint of blur (I hope it's blue..) is very striking!

Very nicely done. Not my favourite colours, but lovely nonetheless. It makes me think of harvests and sheaves of corn, wheat blowing in the wind waiting to be gathered in the light of a dying sun...
