Storm clouds build in the South one evening last week. Taken from my deck; my weather vane in the foreground. I got nothing out of it..they stayed South of me. (Yes, I'm still alive everyone! Rumors of my death have been greatly exaggerated! lol Have had too many irons in the fire lately and unfortunately my Caedes time has suffered. Hope to be able to do better in the future! Miss you guys!-Dan) C):-)

You get a free pass this time. I know oh too well about having too many irons in the fire myself Dan LOL. What an amazing capture here. The way the sunlight is passing through these clouds is awesome to view. Looks as though they could have really done some damage had they decided to stick around. You made the right choice in shooting this vertically, making it a really striking capture.

Glad your back Sherrif, the jail's full and I had to use my bullet.......didn't shoot anyone ...I missed, but I sure would like another bullet just in case. :)LOL Take care of personal business first Dan....that's the most important...oh and great job on the capture buddy.

Hey Dan, we missed you too! Glad you're back and you got your ironing done. lol This is a great shot for several reasons. The clouds are amazing, form wise and color wise. I can see why you grabbed the camera. The lighting is great and the placement of the windvane is perfect. Beautiful composition, dear friend.
