Excellent shot! I would have prefered it without the road in the foreground, but you can't have everything. The tree looks amazing, and adds a totally new dimension to the image.
Well done. I like the composition and the brillance of the Rainbow. There is a lot of byilt up energy in those clouds. High score from me.
A human being is part of a whole, called by us the Universe, a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings, as something separated from the rest--a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circles of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty.

Love your rainbow. It's not just the tree (Norfolk Island Pine?), but the bench as well that make is a memorable shot. A good friend of mine always reminds me that a good photograph should be one which you remember for at least two reasons.
Only suggestion I would make is to crop it much tighter - get rid of the road as the others have suggested. Try it and see what you think.
"What other reason could there be to get up in the morning except to set ourselves free."
If my comment on your work ever seems to criticise, it does not. It is always so that we may learn together.
Whoa..you have capture a glorious image here. Very good work on this photo. Wish I were sitting on that bench experiencing that beautiful rainbow..*sigh*
Great job
this shot is beautiful. I must say though...I would have preferred it without the road as well. But I understand in order to get the tree, the road had to be taken as collateral. lol
