Thank you Darryl! :) I'm glad you like the colors. I currently use a much worse screen than I should so I'm a bit uncertain of the color balance in my pictures at the moment... ^_^
Yes, the colors are weathered like paint on an old airplane. The sepia is very warm and looks like it has been sanded away to reveal the cobalt blue. Glad you like the new avatar, I was getting real tired of the old one.
Ah, I wasn't sure if it was a real face or not. It's so small. :) How come you put a manikin in a helmet like that. It looks like it could be diving related. I thought that at least since it was your avatar. :)
really interesting work klas....the colours are really choice.. work great! :) if you like the thing you've got going with avi.. then im sure your gonna like our new plan for caedes... more info soon.. once me and avi sort things out!... love the new icon darryl :)
I'm really glad you like this one Joost. I'm far more certain about my works quality when it comes to ordinary photography... This level of editing is quite new to me so I'm very happy about feedback on it! :) (I need it so I can learn from my mistakes. ^_^)
sorry i didnt comment on this sooner...been really busy. just catching up now. absolutely luv what u've done to this...the photo was taken bcoz of the colours...the faded, weathered paint look. what u have done is simple & ingenious..very effective. nice work Klas : {D
That's what I like about doing more abstract pieces. You can see so many different things in an image. Interesting interpretation Pierre. I'm glad you like it, since this whole editing thing is very new to me. :)
I like the colours, but, in my own opinion (and nothing more than that), I find the symmetry in the photo to be a bit dull, because of the lack of more vibrant colours.
