If you don't like to crop, you need to get closer to your subject so that it fills up your photo. As it is, there's entirely too much in the background that detracts from what your subject is (assuming it's the stone bench). show your subject.

It's a pretty place, but I agree, you have to get closer to your subject, or make the background something that adds to or draws the eye to the subject.
