My first thought was: it's very logical that everyone is gone because it's getting late in the evening. Upon closer inspection I 'discovered' that this picture was taken during the day in bad weather.
Every disadvantage has its advantage: the result is a beautiful picture with a dramatic effect. Well done, Milka.
