The lighted area looks like a safety oasis. But then I remembered the advice in the movie, "Poltergeist," when Carol Anne was advised to stop and not to walk into the light - don't even look at it!

People are like cameras--sometimes they lose focus.
Yes, I would find shelter now just in case. I remember some years ago at work, the sky was like this yet the clouds were boiling almost and I couldn't look away until I forced myself to go inside.

Very threatening and impressive but wonderful, the latter of the crepuscular rays, Milka. Hope you could find a shelter, as an umbrella wouldn't be helpful in these weather conditions.
