This was a handdrawn painting that was done by my late grandmother , she would have loved this place. But here is something from here to you.

This is a lovely painting with great atmosphere. The framing sets it off nicely. Great job.

What a most beautiful drawing! So many details..it almost looks like one of the streets in New Orleans....where is this place she drew the picture of?The shading is so nice, plus the way the details are, such as the stone street...its just a great drawing..Im sad she isnt with yu anymore..but how wonderful that you have this drawing..are there more you can share?

I thought this was a photo from the thumbnail. Your Grandmother had plenty of talent. This looks like it may have been a study for a full blown color painting too. I am also curious if you have any knowledge as to where this scene is from. Thanks for posting this.

Oh, this is the one. I like this one even better for the perspective and detail. It really pulls you down the street and into it. It probably doesn't look much like this anymore, It's wonderful that she recorded it so well.

You honour her and us, by sharing this piece with the community here.

This could easily stand up to some rather important and famous works of art.

Treasure it. And yes, thank you for sharing it.

Lovely. My first thought of the thum was esher-esk, but in a larger veir it is far from his work. I love the detail, lines the simplicity. Your grandmother had a talent. Thank you for sharing wiht us.

This is a beautiful watercolor. She was very talented. Is the painting itself monochromatic or did you greyscale it in photoshop?
