This is nice. I think the flames could stand out a little bit more. The jewel is lovely.

For me, I like the flames asthey are, subtle & not in your face. I love your jewel with the raptor captured inside, an elegant desktop, beautifull done !

Well it's REALLY hard to be critical of something I just tossed in my desktops folder and added to favs… but if you insist…
the sole way that I could see to improve this would be to allow the horizontal fire trail to have some natural fire bumpiness shape to it, and taper off thinner as it moves into the dark part.

Really just about perfect in my opinion. Maybe making the bird a little easier to see would help make it a 10+, but I still love the flames and the metal framework.
