Now this one is very pretty. I havent' seen too many of these around. Nice capture with the sun shining through the wings.

Great capture. I'm no expert on butterflies but that one looks like something that was rather common when I was a youngster called a "Cabbage Butteffy" But don't bet the house on that identification. The image is excellent.

Just an old "Grampa" who still has a Kodak "Box" camera kicking around the attic ... learning and enjoying the wonders of modern digital photography.

Most people lye asleep and notice nothing around them. Just wake up and see the natural beauty around you. It will blow you away.
Very nice macro. The far wing is a bit over exposed. Try metering off of the highlight. Overall a very fine image.

These butterflies are very common where I live but they never want to stay still and pose with their wings open, lol. Great close-up Kristof. Believe me my friend, I am looking forward to finding you in the spotlight.
