It's so clear I think I see the butterfly smiling! The composition suits the subject well and the lighting makes it all very interesting. Nice job! - Patty

It's a great subject, well framed but a little blown out in the lighting. Might be able to tone it down a little in PS, eh? anne :-)

Don't tell me it's good, tell me what is good about it. Don't tell me it stinks, tell me what I can do do improve it. Thank you for taking the time to tell me anything at all. Be blessed. anne :-)

Great capture. I'm no expert on butterflies but that one looks like something that was rather common when I was a youngster called a "Cabbage Butteffy" But don't bet the house on that identification. The image is excellent.

Just an old "Grampa" who still has a Kodak "Box" camera kicking around the attic ... learning and enjoying the wonders of modern digital photography.

This is Stunning. Right down to the eyes, and the feelers, it is quite perfect. What a shot, you put many in the shade.

10/10 from me. Andy

AKAJON: Most people lye asleep and notice nothing around them. Just wake up and see the natural beauty around you. It will blow you away.

Very nice macro. The far wing is a bit over exposed. Try metering off of the highlight. Overall a very fine image.

Both beautiful, Kristof. I think I'd have to try flopping one of them and having them face each other on the same page, like David and Goliath, but friends.

These butterflies are very common where I live but they never want to stay still and pose with their wings open, lol. Great close-up Kristof. Believe me my friend, I am looking forward to finding you in the spotlight.
