Another wonderful job here...is this a leopard or cheetah?...oh, how dumb, I now see it's a jaguar...either way, I love that look in his face and eyes...not so fierce as we often see but rather a hopeful look of interest or anticipation...both cute and fascinating to study, and once again, excellent clarity and presentation...thanks for sharing both.:Pat.
Heere Kitty, kitty, kitty! Mercy. Did you pay this puss to pose? Is it "stuffed"? "Mounted"? Just kidding. What a capture. Beautiful animal. the colors are vibrant and sharp. It's a keeper. No need to reply.

Kristof, clarity just can't be beat and I really enjoy how you composed this image. When it's on the desktop, it's very real looking! More than Well Done!
Clarity is the key to this take, as everyone has said, and yes, it is also not scary at all, in fact it looks as if you could reach out and pet.....oopppss...there went my hand...lol...I've never put an animal on my desktop, but this one's in line and for the reasons postulated by all the wonderful observations of the ppl who have spoken before me. No criticism..nothing to criticize :)PJ
Anything that excites me for any reason, I will photograph; not searching for unusual subject matter, but making the commonplace unusual.

Never rebuke while you’re still indignant about a fault committed—wait until the next day, or even longer. Then calmly, and with a purer intention, make your reprimand. You’ll gain more by a friendly word than by a three-hour quarrel.

This is what I like to see any time any day. Major animal and a major pose. Just as I mentioned in the "lion" photo the cayans is doing little damage to this one too.
wow this is an incredible picture!! it so very clear, i feel like i could reach out and touch him, although that prolly wouldnt be the best idea. love the position you caught him in, just perfect. and the framing really works well in making him stick out even more. incredible capture! ~abby
Absolutely stunning image of this beautiful creature! A+ in every way. I like your framing and the font you used. It's perfect! I'm becoming quite a fan of your work!
