Well Lauren that's quite a glorious display of colors! I love all those little spirals - looks like dancing notes of music. This is a striking image, inducing a smile. :)
A beaut of an image. I especially like how it seems to flow from the crisp lines in the center and then break apart into colored whisps of smoke the farther it gets away from the center.
I always try to balance the light with the heavy - a few tears of human spirit in with the sequins and the fringes ~

I think this is the stars singing and dancing in the sky, filling the darkness with the colours of music. It reminds me of round-robin type songs - or any music where different participants contribute different sounds really - you can discern the separate strands, but you can also hear it as one wonderful, harmonious whole. (I'm taking it for granted that your musicians are skilled and this isn't a bored school choir! It sure looks beautiful enough to outdo any earthly musician.)
conveys a sense of sound.whether or not this impression is induced by the title is a moot point.you have a knack of coming up with apposite titles for your artwork.sometimes i work in chalk and THEN a title suggests itself.i see the improvisation of jazz in this one too.not your best-but still very good.best wishes Simon
Cool colors, cool flame Lauren. I see music clefts in this design as they be-bop around those intricate circles of sound (the sounds of old-time rock and roll) ("that music just soothes my soul")! Really cool fractal and now would you be so kind as to remove that song from my head? lol
Thanks for sharing this with me ;=)
It's so purty!! Lauren, I think you need to chill on doing fractals and give us fractal noobs a chance...you are just setting the bar way to high, and frankly I am just tired of it...I mean, c'mon, we all KNOW your fractals kick butt, so rub it in our faces...you know we see a pretty fractal, then we see Lauren did it, and well we just pretty much give up right there...
=D
Sorry, had to give you crap...you don't write, you don't call...
Another pretty fractal Lady Lauren, again I bow down to your talents.
What a perfect title for this creation! Talk about dancin' !!
The colours, the freeness, the whimsy, it's all just awesome. I am enjoying your gallery ...thanx so much. Verena
