Beautiful creation, Lee...full of drama and mystique, and with just the right color palette. Top marks and thanks for sharing. :)

I like this Lee. Simple and elegant works for me. I like the swirling sky and how the horse is heading away from where he might not otherwise roam free.

the horse looks sad. :-( Poor horse. But good idea! Agree with the others how this is simple yet very nice to look at. Good work.

Nice sky and composition In these nomadic times when the economy is so unpredictable and there are so many people on the earth, it is a reflective image of an important part of our reality. I think that the sad expression of the horse is indicative of many who are forced abroad to find their fortune/way/vocation. Very well done image. Thanks.

This demonstrates perfectly how lovely something really simple can be. I'm sure it wasn't simple to make, mind you, but the image is simply presented and, at one level, simple to understand. The beauty lies partly in the exquisite execution and partly in the many levels at which this is not simple to understand at all. We sometimes fail to demand explanations or change, I think, because we mistakenly perceive things as simple - "obvious" - when, in reality, there is much more complexity which we fail to see only because we have learnt how not to do so.
