Connecticut River, Cromwell, Connecticut, USA. Though Cromwell is twenty-five miles upriver from the river's mouth, the Connecticut River has subtle tidal changes here. Some interesting patterns were created by the lowering tide.

An abstract created by nature, Thad. Surprising and original subject choice. If this will be your entry for the 'Motion' contest, it's a good one, and wish you Good Luck with it, my friend.

Nice patterns left by the receding waters. A great capture of nature's etch-a-sketch. Thad. Just wait 12 hours and you'll have a whole new image.
