Someone I know owns a 200 year-old farm with this small lake on its territory. The photo was taken during one of the evening walks after a party she organized to show off her beautiful gardens. I hope it's not too blurry after few glasses of wine.

Nice to know there are still places like this, hidden behind someone's camera lens. Like the way you used flowers in foreground and pond as backdrop. The bright highlight at the left edge was a bit distracting. Might try cropping the pic.

Very, very pretty image. The shapes and colors of the flowers and grass work really well against the water and the sky, and the side lighting from the sun makes both the colors and shadows come alive. It just feels like a warm, soft summer evening. Bravo!

I'm with Mike on this one. He has covered the why well for me. Double Bravo. ;) Thanks for the rework effort. I like the light coming in.

I found I could say things with color and shapes that I couldn't say any other way - things I had no words for. Georgia O'Keeffe

What a pleasant image for me to see on a cold, dreary winter day! I love the shining sun, the glistening of the water & I can almost feel the softness of the flowers! Excellent capture. Thanks :))

Hey, I had first comment before, I sense a conspiracy here ;) I think I used the words 'Soft and Delicate' and I just wanted them included in the court transcript.

I always carry a glass of wine in my camera bag, I have to walk slow, don't get very far or very many pictures because of the handicap.

You´re at least not the last Wine commentator this time, KEIFER. I find this picture "soft and delicate" like a Mosel Wine from Bernkastel-Kues. Nine wine-glasses out of ten, Lyudmila!

Bravo is right. The beautiful pink colors come alive in the morning sun. This perspective is somewhat diferent than many as the foreground is the main point of interest. You certainly did capture it in every perfect way.
