"The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves, but wiser people so full of doubts." Bertrand Russell
Sooo, like anything you take a pic of, turns out this good?
Yes? Well, I need some portraits done, you busy?
Really nice colour saturation, interesting perspective, great composition (as always) ... and and and ... I hate you ... really really really kidding on that.
There, I just completed my tour of your galleries and I am glad to end on this particular image. It is not your best, but, still ... it is above most. And that truly is a compliment.
Thank you so much for your time and effort ... and for sharing your gift and enthusiasm.
Nice, the color of the tree mixes very well with the blue sky, it's very relaxing. It also makes me want to go climbing. Nice job. I would have liked to see it with the branch vertically centered in the photo though. Cheers!
"What other reason could there be to get up in the morning except to set ourselves free."
If my comment on your work ever seems to criticise, it does not. It is always so that we may learn together.
That's awesome! I love the colour of the sky and the layer of snow covering everything. Good thing you didn't hurt yourself during the fall :) (or did you :S). Anyway, great result :)
Hey Darryl! Congratulations on your Artist of the Week recognition. It is certainly well deserved. Just thought I'd stop by and check out something of yours I haven't seen before. This was a pleasant find! You did a nice job of capturing this, especially in the midsts of suffering head trauma. I love the rich colors, the surreal sky really makes the shot. Congrats again and keep it up :)
Well, here is another one I missed when I went thru your gallery. This is a simple photo, but unique in it's color and content. I would say maybe you ought to slip more often but we wouldn't want to see you get hurt. Maybe "Somebody" dumped you on your arse to show you this pretty view.
Well done.
Pat
Is the bark stripped from the tree by your finger nails on the way down? glad you wern't hurt but a true photographer sees a picture regardless of where he is or how he got there
