good pic, just wouldnt be the same without being flipped. Assume this was taken in some sort of field? I like the repetition of the reflection. One for the favs, wait lemmie make sure my favs are still one page lol
Thank you Joost, Neez, Mum, Robert, Kalen and Bansama. This is the closest I can get to having a wide angle lens. I really appreciate your wonderful comments:-)

This is one of the most incredible photographs I have ever seen. It is exceedingly good. The way you caught the entire refraction in each drop, and the way that it's only perfectly focused inside one of them, and turning it upside-down to show the image right-side up is great. This goes in my favorites. Great shot.
I hope your dreams take you... to the corners of your smiles, to the highest of your hopes, to the windows of your opportunities, and to the most special places your heart has ever known.
Nice capture with a perfect depth of field, Darryl. I like that there is just enough focus left in the background that you can recognize it from the raindrops :). Wonderful~
What a great image Darryl, I don't know how you condered this up, but it was a brilliant idea...you dirty dog...hehe! 10 from me and in the favs. Thanks for sharing this with us!
Thank you all so much. Your comments are overwhelming;-) I love the way your comments have opened my eyes to this image as I had not thought of it this way. Thank you for some new ideas:-)
But words are things, and a small drop of ink, falling, like dew, upon a thought produces that which makes thousands, perhaps millions think and smile.
Art is everywhere, except it has to pass through a creative mind.
You are the MAN!!!!!!! I do that a lot too ..flip images to give that effect ..but in this one it is just brilliant! Really awesome effect. ..also love the reflection in that biggest drop. Looks like people walking a tight rope ..haha. NIce job! 9*

I hold it true that thoughts are things; They're endowed with bodies, breath and wings:
And that we send them forth to fill the world with good results, or ill.
That which we call our secret thought speeds forth to earth's remotest spot, leaving it's blessings or it's woes like tracks behind it as it goes.
We build our future, thought by thought for good or for ill, yet know it not.
Yet so the universe was wrought .
Thought is another name for fate.
Choose then thy destiny and wait, for Love brings Love and Hate brings Hate. - Henry Van Dyke.
This photo just begs to be retried ... wait, that's not quite right ... begs to be investigated more. Hmm, a little better.
The point being ... to have a photo like this, only with the image reflected in the drop, or drops (which would be way way cool) be more observable. (At the 1600 X 1200 resolution, the detail is still quite good on the reflected image in the drops.)
Bigger, ya know?
The idea you had here alone is incredible and the 'execution' after the fact ... or maybe interpretation is better ... again, points back to give it another go ... please.
The image itself is still incredible. The originality quotient is through the roof on this one. You certainly have a gift.
Gorgeous! I agree with Les that you could easily go in closer with the drops to show the reflected landscape there but in no way take that as criticism of this image! It's amazingly good, I love it!
Great shot.
