This is very beautiful Darryl! It looks so big on the thumbnail but at full screen you can really see the real size. They do look like lamps. Beautiful colors and nice capture. Really like the enviroment too. Nice job, 9*

Wow.... This is so lovely! You have a great eye for a good shot! The mushrooms are so tiny and delicate and the lighting in this shot is excellent. I'd love to see someone have a go at adding in a little faerie. Byt it's amazing just as it is. Straight to my favorites and a rare 10 from me!

I thought they were actual lamps prior to viewing full size! Guess it must be time to go to bed :~(....what a great find on these fungi Darryl. I wish I could put the faerie there becauseI know one is lurking not too far way!! This is way to perfect.....you have great stamina to endure the harsh weather conditions in search of the great fungi picture:~). Excellent capture my friend, into my fav's on my HD & thank you :))

You got that right. It's my birthday in 7 days. Ah! The Ring. Haha. This is how my mom taught me to hypnotize dragonflies: Point your index finger at the dragonfly and start twirling it in a clockwise motion. I can't remember if it works or not. Haven't tried it in a while. Love this picture. The lighting on the top left gives balance to the dark. Beautiful

Beautiful lighting...seems like you have the ability to find and capture situations with superb light and to isolate the subjects from the background using dof, light and shadows. A good lesson in the patience to see the possibilities and carefully set up the shot.
