Oh wow Darryl..what a great job you did on this creation! I love the mystical eerie feel that is in this image. The overall blue looks just right for a boat in the water. It appears as though it is shrouded in mist or heavy fog, yet you left enough detail on the boat. The glow around the boat maes it appear to be lit from within. Very mysterious on the dark seas! Is that a fishing net it is pulling? Hope you don't mind if I use this as a desktop for a few days and then put it in drydock in my favorites folder on my harddrive so I can enjoy it whenever I want? Well done my friend. Kudo's :=)
ohhh now this could be out of a thriller/horror movie.. you know like ghost ship or cape fear type of thing.. great work.. love the spooky effect, great colours very well manipulated.. =)
Wow, two super uploads this morning...you're certainly in a mysterious mood, lol...agree with Jacqueline...it definitely has that 'suspense out on the high seas' feeling and appearance...just the kind of stuff I like...keeping this one...great job...thanks.:Pat.
Hi Darryl, this is really outstanding, no border and it's shading into the background makes the boat appear almost as though it is moving toward an unknown, uncertain destination! I am sure this was your intention and well achieved, indeed! The image is mystifying, with it's glow and aimless direction! I find the image intriguing! Another thought I had is that the boat reminds me of the one in "Perfect Storm"! I am positive, those fishermen would have preferred this ride! LOL! It is truly beautiful Darryl, what a spectacular display of your talent and skill! Sincerely, Marilyn
Very cool manip. here, the softness of the still water and the glow about the boat really makes for a perfect picture. I am very pleased with the work on this one. High marks all the way around from me.
Dear Darryl,
Again this reminds me [a little and only in mood] the Tales of Narnia, The Voyage of the Dawn Treader. Besides the blue is captivating so.
10/10 beyond any doubts and please more ...
excellent .. I do need another name, though .. I'm not scared in the least .. and that deck hand just held up a sign that said .. "If your in the market for Tuna .. give West Coast Vignette a try .. you won't be sorry" .. before he slipped into the cabin
You need to fire that guy .. totally broke the immersion for me
If I had 1 qeradabillion (doesnt exist) dollars, I would first donate a 100000000 dollars to caedes.com ... =P ...then i could go grab some tacos from taco bell.
Darryl, I just viewed this marvel on the frontpage. The effects and colors are beautiful. A wonderful ghostly feel, and I like the fog. A very striking wallpaper, and thanks!
