Wish we were there......the four of us, with a picnic lunch and all the time in the world to chat. Beautiful capture of a place that I would love to dangle my feet in and enjoy the sound of the water rippling past me. Thank you for sharing these hidden treasures that you find my friend ;=)
Ahhh...I think I'll just enjoy this marvelous nature scene - I think I can hear the bubbling of that stream. Such beautiful foliage and all the gorgeous greens of those trees leaves. Wonderfully composed and fine clarity. Who could ask for more? I like following the stream as it disappears in the distance. I wonder where it is going......the rough rocks add to this captivating view. My thanks to you Darryl. Canada has so much of mother natures beauty to offer :^>
I'm way behind so forgive me for not commening on your individual posts but know that I've looked at all of them since I left. I truly enjoy seeing all of your posts and am always happy to see you at My Gallery. Thanks, Anita
Well, this is the first "Keeper" of the day. Looks like spring. I really like the detail underneath the water. The beautiful green reflecting off the water in the background of the composition is a delight. Great work.

What a dreamy river, and an excellent picture Daryl, wow. How'd you ever leave that place!? Rob's been travelling to Vancouver from time to time and tells me of it's beauty. I can see what he means! Thanks for posting this!
I love the depth and rich colors of this shot. You have captured this wonderfully - the movement of the water, the natural lighting marking a path down the river ... spectacular!
“Now I know the things I know, and I do the things I do; and if you do not like me so, to hell, my love, with you!”

PS- JUST SO EVERYONE KNOWS, I JUST CANNOT KEEP UP WITH THE THANK YOU'S AND STILL HAVE TIME TO ENJOY ALL YOUR BEAUTIFUL WORK - SO PLEASE KNOW THAT I APPRECIATE YOU ALL!!!!!
This is great. Did you do anything to the colour balance? The green shadow on the river (left) looks kind of, I don't know, modified? Maybe I'm just hallucinating. No matter, fantastic pic. keep em coming boy
I've gotten behind in my comments again. I just want you to know that I've viewed this image and found it to be very nice. I've enjoyed viewing it and thank you for posting it. Have a great holiday season.

Anything that excites me for any reason, I will photograph; not searching for unusual subject matter, but making the commonplace unusual.

Darryl, this just happened to be on the Homepage when I logged on this morning and I just had to get a closer look.
As per your usual standards it's picture perfect and it looks good on my desktop!
I love the overall look of this shot and the peacefulness of the stream. I love pictures like this in the middle of nowhere. Great shot...Thanks for sharing.
