k firstly i don't really like the dotty boundaries between the metallic partitions they seem to take the attention away from the center. Also perhaps you could keep going with the partitions tho in a new way of perhaps fade it into black instead of having them abruptly end. You said you wanted comments so i got pretty in-depth...over-all this is a fairly good image tho. 6/10

This is good, but i tend to not like matte textures. if i were making this one i would have made the blue things shiny and plastic...y....(that is not a word...). But the pic is still neat, have you though about making a tutorial, cause i would like to see one on this...

You have got some interesting effects here; I don't think you have really used them that well, the image is a bit "hodge podge", but I do like where you are headed. I think you just need to figure out how to use these textures more effectively.
