What can i say about thorns..they are evil! :) Just didn't seem right with it's colors you can't focus only on the spikes. This way you can see every single one of them even the tiny ones in black and white version

If I am not mistaken, this is a thistle. Let me tell you that they really hurt (as if you didn't know). The flower of the thistles around here is sort of an off pink.
Once again your detail work and focus are extraordinary. The black and white shows the perfect depth of field in your photo. Stunning posting....including the narrative.
