Yesterday I climbed the hill from this post and made lots of pictures. Here's one I took just before dawn from about half way up the hill.

By the way the hill is called Lisca and it's exactly 948m tall. It's located in eastern Slovenia near a town called Sevnica, which is where I live. It's a good two and half hour walk from the town to the top. Perfect for short photo trips. :)

Super work. This is a breath-taking view and a good show case for how beautiful Slovenia is. The wide angle makes the most of this panorama. The photography is very appealing. Top class.

Wide angle, rich and wide variety of colors, delightful texture of the mist down in the valley. This is one of those pictures that can best be described as "delicious". Nice Job!

Double treat. I got to see this truly magnificent upload of yours and I also made a new contact in Lloshram, the person who just posted before me. He's brandnew and has a lovely rendition in his gallery..not to plug him, but just to say that you never know from one minute to the next how lucky you're going to be. Thanks so much for this stunner, and it's on my hard drive and I'm looking for it in the voting booth later :)

This really is breathtaking.

Wow. What a vista.

And technically quite sound, as well.

It does not surprise me to see your image here being rewarded by our infamous number. You deserve the acolades on this one.

I took a quick tour of this series presented thus far, and they are all fine additions to your body of work.

Caveats? And here I am really, really nitpicking ... the foreground where it meets your border? Right hand side ... a small distraction where the white meets the border.

If you are using PS, select "Replace Colour" from the Image menu (Adjustments), sample via the eye dropper tool the dark green surrounding area to your eyes' content ... a small brush, probably one, two pixels at best ... and perfection.

Thank you for sharing your talents and efforts.

Hmm ... a two and half hour walk from the town? Next time, I will bring the thermos of coffee. ;o)

This will be going onto my hard drive directly. It is that appealing to me.

I wish there was something higher than a ten. The way the mountains in the distance layer upon eachother, the mist in the valley, the angles of the roofs, and the intense colors both close and afar make this photo truly spectacular. I could look at it all day long. Definitely a favorite. :-)

If this was taken from about half way up the hill....I can't wait to see the sunrise taken from the top of the mountain. How mood-inspiring. I suppose it was quite difficult to climb up in the darkness..
