Taken from the New Jersey side of the Hudson River. I tried cropping to get the Empire State Building out of the center, but then I lost the pano effect of the skyline. As always, thank you for looking and leaving a comment.

Doug, see that the 'Big Apple' has 'blushes' of its 'cheeks', an indication that the apple is ripe and tasteful!
Excellent sunrise capture my friend!

I always love to see pictures of the Empire State Building. In person, I have only seen it from the Newark, NJ airport and from a plane. It looks fantastic in a near complete silhouette, and with that beautiful sunrise sky. Excellent work, Doug.

It lacks a 1/4" of being dead Gibbs so you are OK. :)
Great silhouette of this iconic city.
Let's hope Ben Affleck does it justice. If not, we'll call the duck.

Oh, to be in "The Big Apple" at this time of the year - the shopping - the resturants - the artfully decorated Christmas window displays!!! Very nice shot - love the skyline and sunrise hues:-)

Nice. Such rich colors - and the placement of the Empire State Building doesn't bother me a bit.

Emptiness is not nothingness. It is simply the opposite of full of it.
