This is another mountain home I stumbled upon while hiking up in the Italian Dolomite Mountains. As always, thank you for looking and leaving a comment.

I sure would love living there, but I wouldn't want to mow the grass. I love the architecture of this house, and of course, it's setting. Beautiful colors in this shot, and I like the mountain mist in the upper left. Excellent capture, Doug.
What a beautiful looking house set in breath taking surroundings and the colours are stunning.Plus the light in this photo is superb and I love the mist running up the side of the house as well.Well done to a great looking capture.
The reason why the sun sets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB
Perfect composition/capture with a very good angle too, Doug. The partly foggy mountain brings character in your capture. I like to agree with Jimbob about mowing the grass, but such a task can be done by cows, lol.

I am glad you stumble upon the homes instead of all the way down the mountain, Gibbs. When someone tells me to take a hike, I don't have anywhere to go that is nearly as beautiful or interesting.
You sure came across a great capture during your hike Doug. That house is really different from what we would see in the states. Looks like a cozy place. Nice one!!!:-):-):-)!!!
Just love the style of that home, it's gorgeous and the setting must be breath taking for them. Fabulous capture and rich colour - really like the low lying clouds beyond
