This Indian was participating in last years re-enactment of the 1758 Battle of Ticonderoga. As background, the battle was fought on July 8, 1758, during the French and Indian War (which was part of the global Seven Years' War). While the original image is quite colorful with a red shirt and matching head feathers, I think the image is most effective in B/W. One for LE's Challenge. As always, thank you for looking and leaving a comment.

Very nice capture showing all details (wrinkles etc.) clearly. This makes a very good contribution to the B/W challenge.

All the fine detail in this is wonderful Doug and I think the B&W contributes to that. An excellent entry for the challenge.

He looks just like a guy I used to work with. A little different hair-do, but other than that, they could be twins. Excellent capture for the black and white challenge, Doug.
