I found this cat enjoying the sun and flowers at the Montreal Botanical Gardens last summer. As always, thank you for looking and leaving a comment.

People are like cameras--sometimes they lose focus.
That is definitely a favorite spot for that cat - you can clearly see how at home it is. Good catch Doug.

The blurred background and the sharp focus on the cat and flowers is perfect. The soft lighting from the left gives the image a quiet, peaceful sense - apparently enjoyed by the cat as well. Great work!

Don't those cats always find a great place to rest - this one looks very appealing as cats will find the best place for a nap - he's definitely missing the beauty of the surrounding flowers - Great Capture!!!:-):-):-)!!!

Dreaming of tuna burgers and mouse-kabobs, no doubt. I'm not a cat fancier but really great focus, Doug. Your skill makes even ordinary photos extraordinary, and the ones that are already extraordinary into the kind of images we lucky viewers want to print and hang on our walls. Getting to see a wide variety of images from across the globe, by people who truly know how to see and capture a scene of breathtaking and thought-provoking beauty is why I stay with Caedes (10 years now)... scenes like your Park in Rome or Bali Bay. If the C-index was still being used, images like those two would rate in the high 90's to 100. Happy Easter my friend.
