This is a lovely capture of this Hornbill. I love its markings and the colours of the whole capture blend so well, enhanced by the frame. Well done! Fav'd and thanks for sharing!

Marietha, it's been some time since I've stopped to comment on any of your images, though I've certainly spotted your OOBS and marvelled over them...just don't have as much time these days to comment on everything I'd like to...but I just HAD to stop here and tell you what a fantastic job you did on this one...it has everything ~ beautiful color, clarity, lighting, texture, and a very appealing subject with wonderful markings posing for you...I am thoroughly enjoying it on my desktop and faving it as well...well done girl and thanks for sharing it with us.
Just a beautiful bird and you have made it even more beautiful. I love the colors and the clarity is outstanding. I hope I get it in VB 10+ in my book. Going straight to Favs.

Marietha, some times ago your mother had posted a wonderful image of a hornbill. Like to say however that this one is a stunning image too. Captured and prsented in a perfect way. Great job my friend!

Please, even if you don't visit my gallery, check out my "Faves".I've left them intact since day "1", and would like it if every image there got the attention they deserved.
How in the world did I miss this Beauty!?. Outstanding photo with perfect lighting, framaing and of course this most beautiful bird Marietha. faves also.
I feel somewhat qualified in giving an opinion on "bird photography" ... May I say Marietha, this image was well worth checking out and I'm thankful I did not completely miss doing so. You don't have to be a "bird fancier" to appreciate this wonderful capture ... but being one as I am ... this posting provokes comments such as this one ... long-winded :) Extremely well done dear Lady.
sorry if i don't comment on each of your pictures. to those of you who comment so often, i can't imagine how you get it done! i for one am always extremely grateful for the kind comments and suggestions that you make.
