The train we're on runs from Thendara (a town just outside Old Forge) to Otter Lake in the Adirondacks. The travel distance is about 10 miles give or take. Was my first time on this tour and had no idea what I might see. The coaches were comfortable but the windows needed a hosing with Windex. Opening them wasn't much improvement because of screening. But the outfit running this train hadn't forgotten "camera bugs". More about that later. If you like water and fall colors I hope these pics are to your taste.
