Eager is the garden to welcome mornings light,
Shadows stretch, as darkness wanes, unveiling beds of color.

Songbirds as a chorus silence crickets drone,
Chipmunks dart through labyrinths within the fieldstone wall.

Dewdrops capture sunbeams, now gems adorn the leaves,
A "diamond" slakes the morning thirst of a Ruby-Throated blur.

A rose becomes the altar for the Monarch's quiet homage,
So still it's meditation, it's mosaic wings lie prone.

From the trellis Morning Glory lifts a muted trumpet,
A "Herald" only God may hear ... "How sweet the new days promise" .

GOOD MORNING ! My Friends ... Enjoy the day

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes

There is a simple purity in the morning glory that is such a joy. It always glows as if with an inner light. A beautiful photo, John, the color sings!

Beatiful John. The bloom is so simple, elegant and yet perfect in it's imperfection.
