Definitely different. I know there's a Swiss cheese tutorial, but the results people get from that don't actually look like it! (Unless that sparked this - not sure when it was written.)
BUT, I need this in a vegan version. Swiss cheese is out on ethical grounds, but a vegan version would be most welcome. I suggest trying a render with some soya milk and vegetarian rennet (if that's what they use) and see how far that takes you...
