Im not sure that it's too bright, but ::hernoor is completely right about the slight blur. But what you have done a great job as they said is the composition. This is a beautiful scene.. and im already looking forwawrd to more from your trip!
Don't tell me it's good, tell me what is good about it. Don't tell me it stinks, tell me what I can do do improve it. Thank you for taking the time to tell me anything at all. Be blessed. anne :-)
And that's a beautiful place, isn't it. Saturation, brightness, contrast.. all really fine. But I must say I prefer the other one for this here being a little blurred :S
I like all the greens, and how the waterfall just peeks out from the right corner. About the focus, I had to look at it a while before I noticed what the others were talking about. It's hardly noticable. And actually gives the whole image a softer look. You've captured beauty here Nigel, another great one!!
This is a beautiful looking waterfall and I like the lush plant life that surround it. I also like the rocks that are scatterd in the river bed. Great work

Of all the trees in England,
Her sweet three corners in,
Only the Ash, the bonnie Ash
Burns fierce while it is green.
Of all the trees in England,
From sea to sea again,
The Willow loveliest stoops her boughs
Beneath the driving rain.
Of all the trees in England,
Past frankincense and myrrh,
There's none for smell, of bloom and smoke,
Like Lime and Juniper.
Of all the trees in England,
Oak, Elder, Elm and Thorn,
The Yew alone burns lamps of peace
For them that lie forlorn.
