Please know that I enjoy your work even though I don't always get to comment. I try to look at (and enjoy) all your new posts and always appreciate the time you take to stop in at my gallery as well. Have a happy day ;) Anita
Hello Nigel ! thanks a lot for all your images from the Azores.
Seeing the islands lay in the middle of nowhere, or to be specific, in the middle
of the Atlantic, it is not a real holliday destination.
It must have been great to be there, judging your images, they show a awesome
landscapes. You do not see much pictures about this region, so i thank you for posting them, i hope you will post more later on.
Putting your pictures in my favorites is the highest honor I can give you. If I do not get to your pictures as soon as you post them, I apologize. I try. Also if I do not respond for awhile it doesn't mean I'm ignoring you, it just means I'm really tied up with life.
This is your best lookout photo to date. The framing is excellent, and the rolling hills give the photo a very serene composition. I like the distinct fore/mid/back grounds and the way they don't feel to evenly balanced or structured.
This is really beautiful, I had a friend that was stationed there in the Air Force, saw their pics too, just a beautiful place with very small roads. :)
"Where there is perhaps a province in which the photograph can tell us nothing more than what we see with our own eyes, there is another in which it proves to us how little our eyes permit us to see." ~Dorothea Lange
