Taken at the bottom of the Galena Summit descent, the landscape and the floral scenery combined to make a dramatic photo. This was taken in central Idaho on the way to Stanley.

Nathan this is beautiful. The lovely spring/summer flowers in the foreground and the hint of fall showing in the distant trees give it depth and make a beautiful setting along with the mountains and beautiful valley. What a dynamite photo and thanks for sharing it. TYU ;)

I'm si\ure glad you are back out into the wilds photographing. It's been far too long. My little tongue has been habging out to see some of your outdoor work. This is gorgeous. What else can be said. Well, maybe how the sunlite land showing up bright yellow in the background is a staggering contrast in lighting to the rest of the composition. I love it. Then the magnificent array of wildflowers in the foreground is a pleasure to behold. The viewer can linger long and hard in this one. Welcome back to landscape, Nathan. Please stay awhile. No need to reply.

I love the softness of the purple flowers in the foreground and then the eye moves to the rusty red trees and then the peaks....just gorgeous.

There are so many great elements going for this portrait shot that it belongs in a gallery in my opinion. One thing would have made it even better if there had been some fluffy clouds. Great as is Nathan.
